I’m being selfish here. I need you to feel my pain:

Worked on 1 lesson all day.

Rebooted computer – lost it all.

[gasp]

“Surely I will find it.”

Nope.

It really happened.

Called in smart people – no recovery.

Dug through trash.

Found pages with partial ideas.

Back to square one.

Time: 5:45pm

Irony: the lesson is on asking God for wisdom.

Please tell me your sob story, it will help me feel better.

Oh, I am so sorry, Sydney. This has happened to me, too. I hate it when I save a new file over an old one b/c I forgot to change the filename. Oops. Hope tomorrow’s better for you.

I wrote a 10 page paper in college and saved first five pages but didnt save the rest. I had to re write them in four hours before class. Take it one day at a time. This new job will bring out good things in you and for you.

Syd I lost my ipod :) I know it is small but important. I found it one week later. One week of painful workouts without music.
