Performance is the drug I find myself addicted to in so many areas. There is a life past performance - a life where everything is more rich because it is done out of response, not pressure or guilt. No doubt the road is long - and for me I am just beginning to uncover the multitude of areas that need to be rethought and refocused in my life.
